1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cr44 ("cr44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://cr44.io ("Platform", "Site"). By accessing or using any part of the cr44 Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, virtual sports, and any promotional services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all registered accounts and all visitors who access the Platform regardless of whether a formal registration has been completed. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the cr44 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be of sound mind and acting under no external compulsion or coercion in your use of the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of cr44 services, you are required to complete the account registration process via the cr44 Login page. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active account on the cr44 Platform at any given time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited and constitute fraudulent activity.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. cr44 accepts no liability for losses or service failures arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
• Account Ownership: Your cr44 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Verification: cr44 may require verification of your identity, payment methods, and/or residential address at any point. Documents commonly requested include a national identity card, passport, or utility bill issued within 90 days.

cr44 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account, at its sole discretion, where it suspects a breach of these Terms or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cr44 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your cr44 account and must not reuse a password that is associated with any other online service.
• You must log out of your cr44 account on any shared or public device after each session.
• You must notify cr44 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

cr44 will never contact you by email, telephone, SMS, or live chat to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to come from cr44 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

5. Deposits and Payments

cr44 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposit Fees: cr44 does not charge deposit fees on bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to processing fees applied by the issuing bank, for which cr44 accepts no responsibility.
• Processing Times: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your cr44 account balance in under 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect.
• Own Payment Methods: You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cr44 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

cr44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that trigger internal risk thresholds. In such cases, processing may be temporarily delayed pending review. cr44 will communicate any such delay to the Player via their registered email address.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of funds held in their cr44 account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by account verification level and the applicable payment method.
• Verification Requirement: cr44 requires full identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests held pending submission and approval of the required documents.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. cr44 may require additional verification if a Player requests withdrawal to a different payment method.
• Processing Times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within two minutes for standard amounts under normal conditions. Larger withdrawals or those flagged for review may take up to 24 hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Bonus Funds: Only cleared, non-bonus funds may be withdrawn. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be released for withdrawal.
• Right to Withhold: cr44 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or where a regulatory hold has been placed on the account.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

cr44 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all cr44 bonus offers:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each offer page at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

8. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the cr44 Platform, including pre-match and in-play markets across cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, and all other sports offered:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by cr44. cr44 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns or where a market is subject to a pricing error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement and may vary by market, event, and account tier.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to additional latency risks arising from network connectivity. cr44 accepts no liability for bet placement delays attributable to the Player's internet connection. Bets submitted after a market has been suspended will not be accepted.
• Pricing Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error (i.e., odds that are clearly and materially incorrect relative to the fair market), cr44 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices, regardless of whether the event has already settled.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided by cr44 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement without rescheduling within the applicable window, abandonment, or verified match-fixing activity. Voided bet stakes are returned in full to the Player's balance.
• Cash Out: Where cash-out functionality is available on a market, it is offered as a convenience and cr44 does not guarantee its availability at any given moment. Cash-out requests are subject to the current live price at the moment the request is processed.

9. Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on the cr44 Platform — including live dealer games, slot games, table games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party gaming studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply:

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating more than one cr44 account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any program designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or promotional competition.

11. Responsible Gaming

cr44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take that seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support Player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account via the account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software or game code.
• Creating derivative works based on cr44 content without express written permission.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically downloading Platform data for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of cr44 intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cr44's liability to any Player in connection with the Platform or these Terms is limited as follows:

• cr44 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.
• cr44 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, howsoever caused.
• cr44 is not liable for losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from security breaches attributable to the Player's own conduct.
• In cases of verified Platform error that materially affects game outcomes, cr44's liability is limited to returning the affected wager amount to the Player's balance. No additional compensation will be offered.
• cr44 is not responsible for the content, availability, or conduct of any third-party game provider whose games are hosted on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cr44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy and Data

cr44 collects, processes, and stores Player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at cr44.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cr44 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
